Allwell Behavioral Health Services is currently seeking talented social workers and counselors to provide individual, marital, family and group counseling for adults, families, and adolescents in an office based setting, as well as prevention and consultation services for groups and agencies in the community.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provides mental health assessments, individual, group, marital and family counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
• Referral and linkage to other needed Allwell services as well as referral to other community resources.
• Building relationships with primary care staff.
• Provides clear, concise and prompt feedback to the primary care practitioner.
• Provides behavioral health education as appropriate to the primary care staff.
• Ensures services are delivered professionally and with concern for the client's well-being.
• Maintains and submits required documentation.
• Completes all clinical documentation within the time frame specified by policy
• Attends/participates in Allwell clinical and administrative staff meetings.

To maintain the quality care of our clients, social worker and counselor candidates will need to meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Master's in Education in Counseling from an accredited program, Master's degree preferred
• Must possess and maintain valid Ohio license as a LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC
• Experience preferred
