2. 协助制造工程师完成新产品的焊接工装调试

3. 协助制造工程师对现场焊接工艺的持续改进的执行

4. 独立完成简单的焊接工艺的开发

5. 协助新产品的焊接的试制

6, 现场问题的处理，调查和初步的原因分析

岗位职责 :

1.熟悉所要负责产品的图纸和标准作业指导书。

2. 支持制造工程师解决产品质量问题，并进行具体实施。

2.1.对现场质量问题作出快速反应。

2.2.支持问题分析。

2.3.数据收集。

2.4.具体实施，跟改作业指导书。

3. 间接材料的采购。

3.1 确定焊接过程使用的工具和设备的规格。

3.2 按采购流程采购焊接工具和设备。

4.工程更改实施。

4.1 更新作业指导书。

4.2 更改现场工艺。

4.3 培训现场操作人员。

5.持续改进收集与实施。

6.辅助工程师实施现场布局改进。

7.现场工时测量。

7.1 实施年度工时测量。

8.支持工程师进行新品试制。

8.1 现场布局准备。

8.2 提供历史数据支持工装设计，参与设计评审和预验收。

8.3 协助现场工装和设备安装调试。

8.4 记录新产品阶段的所有问题

背景 / 经验 :

• 五年以上焊接实践工作经验优先考虑。

• 中专及以上的学历或相等教育

• 较强的学习能力。

• 较强的读懂图纸。

• 基本电脑操作，基本的电脑软件运用。

• 基本的英语阅读能力。

JOB PURPOSE:

Work together with ME for welding process development of new product Work together with ME for welding fixture debug and refine of new product Work with ME for the continuous improvement of existing welding process Partially develop simple welding process for new products Assist for pilot welding process Trouble shooting , issue investigation and draft RCCA.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Familiar to the standard work and drawing of cab product.

2. Support ME to solve the quality problem of cab, and tracking the action implement.

2.1. Quick response to production line for the cab quality problem.

2.2. Support to problem solving.

2.3. Collect related date as ME’s requirement.

2.4. Update the standard work as ME’s requirement.

3. To procure indirect material for welding process

3.1 Finalize the model and style for welding tools and equipments.

3.2 Execute the procurement for welding tools and equipments.

4. ECN implement in cab production.

4.1 Update the standard work as ECN requirement.

4.2 Optimize current welding process.

4.3 New welding process training for welders.

5. Continue improvement collection and implement.

6. Work with ME to improve current layout.

7. Take operation video to support time study

7.1 Support annual time study.

8. Support ME on cab NPI phase.

8.1 Preparation for NPI phase

8.2 Provide history date to support fixture design, fixture design review and pre-acceptance.
