In 2017, we stood up a team in China to drive the awareness, activation, and continued success of China-based sellers advertising in marketplaces worldwide (North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific) via marketing channels, seller education, and product marketing. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, Sr Marketing Mgr for seller brand growth to empower CN Brand owners with brand building methodology and accelerate their brand growth on and off Amazon.

The Sr, marketing manager is responsible for CN advertisers' brand growth and development through amazon ads product, technology, service and tech.CN advertisers build their brands across amazon worldwide marketplaces( North A, Eu, Asia, middle east), while, they are not local shoppers, has less tangible understanding of local markets needs, and shopper insights. The sr marketing manager is an sophisticated branding expert to help CN brand better understand their target shopppers. To help seller understand, the sr marketing manager work backward understanding advertisers pains and needs first, then create solutions, curriculum and marketing message for advertisers education.

Key job responsibilities

  • Create effective education content based on deep understanding of SMB advertisers insights and needs of brand building.

  • Deliver brand building education content with high quality presentation skill and easy-to-follow logic.

  • Increase marketing efficiency & impact through local channels, and 3rd party network.

  • Manage comprehensive program plans for long term programs and drive execution of programs according to the plans,measure program’s impact and performance on ads product , service and technology.

  • Interface with advertisers at all levels to collect VOCs, requirements and feedback, define objectives & deliver results, and advocate CN advertiser needs globally.

  • Drive reviews and present key learning to senior leaders, influence business investment and program roadmap. lead conversations about projects, strategy, solutions to global/local stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Attention to detail; prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

  • Experience driving brand growth globally with sophisticated brand development philosophy
