Job Description

PCG is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant for its Business Development operations based in Seattle, Washington .

This individual will:

  • Directly support Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development Executives at PCG

  • Ensure the efficient and seamless coordination of activities related to the Business Development Executives

  • Performs a full range of administrative or executive support tasks including but not limited to: such as receiving mail, screening and responding to emails, creating reports and assisting other administrative positions

  • Effectively manage calendar and travel arrangements as needed

  • Attend Expos, Workshops, Charity events (industry specific), Conferences, etc.

  • Coordination with Marketing Team and other branches of PCG as needed for materials, support, etc.

  • Create and update an ongoing travel log of overlapping team members (dates, times, locations, clients, etc.)

  • Build and update dossiers on top 25 client businesses and top 100 executive contacts

  • Create and update Box folder organization for cleanroom, data center and commercial operations articles, notices, trackers, IIR, etc

  • Create and update (combined) BD Box folder organization for monthly reports and data files

  • Work with the team to handle client swag, PCI logo gift packs, specific client gifts and thank you cards, etc

  • Support post event debrief reports such as BOD, Trade Show Recap, etc.

Salary range: $57,000 - $78,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of high-level administrative support experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related fields

  • Demonstrated experience with supporting one or more executives with a busy calendar, completing complex reports and managing work flow

  • Must have strong computer skills and be highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PBi

  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential information and sensitive data

  • Excellent organization and follow-through

  • Superb client service skills required

  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to be flexible

  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and professionalism

  • Tremendous business writing skills: grammar, punctuation, proofreading, etc.

  • Assist with event execution (onsite or remotely as needed)

  • Willing to travel when needed up to 10%

  • Present professionally

Preferred Requirements:

  • Local to the Seattle Metro Area

  • Experience with Cosential and Axis / D365 preferred
