Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling and dispatch of Technicians to project sites. Communicate with project manager, engineering technicians, client representative, contractor’s representative, clients and others as applicable regarding the construction site, project requirements, testing, observation, and inspection requirements and results. Inspect vehicles monthly. Provide admin support to Project Managers and Field Technicians. Adhere to strict safety standards.

Essential Role and Responsibilities:

• Take dispatch emails/phone calls and create service orders.

• Work with project managers to assign work with adequate durations and appropriate technical staff.

• Communicate important information between project managers, technicians and clients.

• Once proficient at the process, find ways each day to make schedule more efficient.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year experience required.

• Excellent communication and phone skills.

• Computer Skills (Word & Excel)

• Successful completion of related internal safety certifications.

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

• Needs a calm temperament and ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred:

• Previous Dispatching Experience.

• Bilingual a plus.
