Starting Hourly Rate Based on Qualifications:\$22.81 JOB SUMMARY, DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS: Job Summary This position plans and coordinates Student Life and Development event logistics including publicity. He/she/they will provide administrative support ensuring the Student Engagement office functions efficiently. Additionally this position coordinates Timberwolf Table logistics and functions. Due to the nature of this position, some night and weekend work is required. Essential Functions and Responsibilities The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position. Program Planning and Coordination: Collaborate in the planning and implementation of events to create engagement within the student community. Provide coordination for Student Engagement events to include scheduling, logistical, financial, and physical arrangements of activities, events, and field trips including day-of event support. Coordinate promotion of Student Engagement events across multiple platforms. Track event attendance, student/club participation, and assess effectiveness of programming initiatives and activities. Assist in the planning and day-of coordination of recreational athletic program. Student Club Administration: Serve as administrative liaison with student clubs, assisting advisors and members in their planning and success including the exploration of programming, travel, and fundraising ideas. Interpret, explain and enforce College policies relating to club activities.
