Merchandiser Location: Phoenix, AZ and surrounding cities Duration: 9 Months with possible contract to hire/ with possible extension Up to 20 hours a week June-October and 26 hours October- January Need to have own car, Driving License, and clean driving record.(Mileage will be reimbursed) Description: Sales Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor and new business) and sales control and field evaluations. Assignment Family: Physical Retail Responsible for achieving profit and sales goals for an assigned location in a direct to consumer retail environment. Strategically drives results to ensure that the store achieves its quantifiable performance. Includes Guest Service, Visual Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Talent Management. Team Environment: Retail stores Required Experience: Merchandising and sales experience. Required Skills (include soft skills) Lift over 40lbs, read planograms, able to think outside of the box when merchandising Industry Experience (software / websites) Must have laptop for payroll and communication. Phone to take pictures when in store. Preferred Education High school Preferred Experience Merchandising, display set up, retail, sales. Preferred Skills Display set up, merchandising.
