Manulife’s ambition is to become Singapore’s Digital Customer Leader, the Growth Marketing Project Manager in Manulife Life Insurance Company, Singapore (MLS) is responsible for project management of our prospective new customers and customer engagement programs.

This role is reporting the Head of Acquisition & Engagement in Marketing function.

On the job you will:

  • Support the development of strategic plans to drive business growth of prospect new customer acquisition, and existing customer engagement programs.

  • Manage the backlog & prioritization to form a solid optimization plan across programs that steer towards the team’s targets and maximize the business results.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional regional and local teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Distribution & Tech on initiatives planning & execution process, manage the project delivery within schedule and scope.

  • Develop lead generation & conversion initiatives across touchpoints & leverage digital marketing and technology to scale quality lead volume.

  • Design & implement communication plan and collaterals to activate financial consultants’ understanding and participation in marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyse initiatives key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate KPI reporting and budget management across all initiatives within the team.

  • Handle administrative tasks and manage proper housekeeping of assets and documentation.

We are looking for someone:

  • University graduates with minimum 5 years working in digital marketing, business development and/or project management experience.

  • A strong individual contributor who is fast learner, with proven experience driving initiatives planning and execution under high-level guidance.

  • Experience in project management, able to manage multiple cross-disciplinary & interdependent projects executed at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills and problem-solving skills, able to identify insights and opportunities to drive business growth.

  • Team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills with experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and working teams.

  • Advantage if candidate has experience in digital marketing, with understanding of customer acquisition and online to offline conversion.

  • Experience working in insurance industry, especially with sales & distribution is an advantage.
