TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates for multiple SCRA Specialist positions in the loan servicing department of a Fortune 100 credit union!

This will be a hybrid role and will require at least 2 days per week on-site.

Description:

To review and process requests for an interest rate reduction based on the Service Member Civil Rights Act.

Responsible for serving members by answering SCRA and mortgage-related inquiries and questions about the credit union mortgage products, loans, and credit cards.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of recent admin/customer service experience in an office setting

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and great data entry skills

• Strong written, oral, and telephone communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Training Schedule: 8 AM-4:30 PM

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours are 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
