Für den Bereich Produktentwicklung Cell Line, Media & Testing Solutions suchen wir einen Technischen Assistenten (x|w|m) für CLD CHO/HEK. Diese Position ist in Vollzeit am Standort in Ulm möglich.

• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der labortechnischen Umsetzung von aktuellen Forschungsprojekten im Bereich Zelllinienentwicklung

• Kultivierung und Generierung von rekombinanten Zelllinien CHO/HEK unter Verwendung von zellbiologischen Methoden (u.a. Transfektion, Einzelzellklonierung , Klonevaluierungen ( Scale 250ml)

• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von biochemischen und molekularbiologischen Arbeiten (z.B. DNA-, RNA-Isolation, ddPCR , Western Blot, ELISA Durchflusszytometrie etc.)

• Verantwortung für Labor- und Analysegeräte und allgemeine Laboraufgaben

• Ausarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen SOPs

• Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Praktikanten

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abschluss als TA, Laborant oder Bachelor in Biotechnologie, Biologie, Biochemie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in zellbiologischen, immunologischen und molekularbiologischen Methoden z.B. ddPCR , ELISA

• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich AAV-Produktion wären von Vorteil

• Selbständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität und Einsatzfreude

• Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien und Prozessen

• Bereitschaft auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
