We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following opportunity.

Production Repair Welders

2^nd^ & 3^rd^ Shifts

Pay rate: $20.10 ($19.10 + $1.00 Shift Premium)

Performs duties required to inspect and repair welds (Mig) on automotive parts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 100% visual inspection on all welds.
• Repair any welds that do not meet specification.
• Tap required nuts for spatter removal.
• Inspects parts for quality concerns.
• Detects and reports defective materials to supervisor.
• Conducts machine operation and safety checks on prescribed intervals.
• Performs general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE- Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency).
• Other duties as assigned to maintain production.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Follow all safety requirements of the company -- PPE, (hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, weld sleeves) safe job behaviors, etc.
• Able to read and understand operation standards and job instructions.
• Able use basic tools.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet production quotas.
