TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Troy, Michigan

Our client, a financial company located in Troy, MI is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Representatives to work in their claims department!

Details:

  • Hybrid role - 2 days onsite + 3 days remote

  • This applies AFTER training period

  • Schedules available: 9:30a - 6:00p OR 11:30a - 8:00p (must be open to working either shift)

  • Contract to hire

Description:

  • Handle 50 – 80 inbound calls per day

  • Calls will be pertaining to mortgage questions

  • Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions

  • When not taking calls on the mortgage line, will be taking calls on the insurance line

  • Will be cross trained to hand all calls

  • Multitask between various systems to research and document calls

  • Receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions

  • Outbound calls are also often necessary
