Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. Professional Land Surveyor in Towson, Maryland

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor for our Towson, MD office. Candidates should have 3 or more years of progressive experience in survey management and residential/commercial development. Responsibilities include contract administration, project management, organize and supervise survey crews, and preparation of plats and legal descriptions, and experience in performing all aspects of land surveying including boundary surveys, topographical surveys, construction staking, etc.

Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience with survey computations and plotting using AutoCAD 2013 or later, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS, as well as field experience with survey field equipment.

Licensed Professional Land Surveyor - Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience.

  • Ability to perform all aspect of land surveying

  • AutoCAD 2013 or later, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS

  • Experience with various survey field equipment (we use Trimble Total Stations) and GPS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
