We are looking for someone to:

Partner with local business and function leaders; further embark them on the leader-led mindset Be accountable for the deployment of the People and Capabilities dimension in the Star Factory project on site(s)

Manage labor and employee relations in the assigned perimeter

We count on you for:

Successfully manage administrative processes on Site level

• Perform HR processes in a timely manner

• Maintain productive relationships with employees and union representatives

You will bring:

• 2 to 5 years of experience

• Master degree or equivalent by experience

• Knowledge of local social and labour regulations

• Business and financial acumen

• Digital savvy

• Change management skills

• Mentoring and/or coaching skills

• Open minded, curious

• Autonomous mindset, decisive

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership

• Ability to impact and influence
