Google Account Manager, Performance (Portuguese, English) in São Paulo, Brazil

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently in order to communicate and create client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products and/or services.

  • Knowledge in Google products such as: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Youtube, or Display, SA360, and DV360.

  • Ability to manage a diverse account portfolio, with multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Take responsibility for the upselling and management of the clients and serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.

  • Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their results.

  • Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives by accelerating digital marketing plans, deepening product adoption, and campaign optimization in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Work collaboratively with both local and global teams to support new and existing customers, projects, and regional performance goals.

  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
