The Role & What We Are Looking For

Due to continued growth we are looking for a new team member to join the Capricorn Insurance Services (CIS) team.

The Assistant Account Executive supports the broking team by processing renewals, quotes, endorsements, contracts and policy documents within prescribed timeframes; and providing a high level of customer service to clients and stakeholders.

This position would suit someone with basic insurance broker experience; insurance call centre experience; or someone with an administration skill set looking to take their career to the next level. A RG146 tier 1 qualification is desirable.
