Job Description

  • Development Engineer for Grace Catalyst AB. Organize and perform the activities within the area of responsibility.Ensure that the site comply with current Swedish legislation, collective agreements and the company's management system, policies and documentation within the Technical Development area at the site.

  • Ensure strategies, core values, goals and KPIs are implemented by working together within the company with commitment, trust, inspiration, communication, cooperation and delegation which includes focus on the strength of each employee and developing a good teamwork between the different functions in the organization. Organize and perform for the fulfilment of the company's goals.

  • Be transparent, inspire and work close to the Stenungsund team.

  • Contribute to the transparent and supporting communication within Grace Catalyst AB and its stakeholders in order to e.g. give high progress in goal fulfilment tasks and maintain a safe and secure work atmosphere with work tranquillity.

  • Continuous development and improvements of the Grace Stenungsund Site and its Production Plants regarding Products, Production Processes, QEHS, Sustainability and Minimization of Costs. Develop the basis need for the technical solutions for modifications, investments, and other developments. Specify and document the technical need with sufficient details as required for the Project & Engineering team as input for projects and modifications. Lead and coordinate both strategic, long term as well as short term development.

  • Support the other functions at the site with their needs and tasks.

  • Participate in Safety tours in the plants according to goals and KPIs.

  • Follow production long term data trends regularly and notify and act proactively when deviations occur.

  • Develop procedures and other documentation for the Plant’s Technical development area and maintain updated.

  • Implement changes in accordance with MOC procedures.

  • Master of Science or equivalent.

  • Good understanding and knowledge of catalyst production and the production plant.

  • 10 years’ experience from process industry.

  • Be trained in different methods for implementing continuous improvements such as six sigma and lean

  • Good skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
