It is planning season for a large, highly respected financial services company. There is an opportunity for an exceptional, experienced, engaging Change Management Communications Consultant to pool and disseminate all key communication to the executive leadership team and the stakeholders. You will be accountable for making sure all communication is organized, succinct, and consistently being shared with multiple divisions, departments, and the executive team. You will be analyzing the information and exposing any gaps. Your ultimate goal is to ensure a timely successful implementation of the 2025 Goals Rollout. Due to the nature of the work, you will be needed onsite 2 days a week. The other 3 days of the work week will be done from the comfort of your home.

salary: $50 - $80 per hour

Responsibilities

• Own the annual goal and plan-setting communication for this large financial services company

• Lead strategy, execution, content creation, and delivery of the following:

• Communication

• Engagement

• Learning and Development

• Training

• Adoption

• Develop all communication revolving around 2025 Goals and Plan Setting for executive leadership and stakeholders, including:

• Emails

• Slide Decks

• Memos

• Meeting materials

• Create the communication surrounding the rollout, the plan, and who has assigned accountabilities

• Create, share, and manage all change communication

• Ensure all communications are well coordinated with executive leadership and all stakeholders

• Assume the role of key Communication Consultant to ensure a timely successful implementation of the 2025 Goals
