Description Position at Lifespark Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our growing team! Legacy of St. Michael is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! OurCulinary Assistants/Serversbecomesfamily andimpactsthe lives of our residents who live in a LifesparkSenior LivingCommunity. In this position,you willberesponsibleforassistingin the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.Duties include: Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, andassistin preparing and covering food. Transport carts toappropriate areasand deliver trays, when applicable. Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrapeand washsoiled dishes. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent ispreferred. Experience in a senior living setting is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident'sfamilies,and employees. Mustpossessadvanced computer skills.
