Bausch + Lomb Product Manager in Shenyang 2, China

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & maintain manage long-term relationship with key accounts and work on the strategy to improve customer engagement

  • NPL for Elite anterior machine

  • IOL post-national procurement strategy execution

  • China for China project support

  • Responsible for product knowledge and strategy training to sales force

  • Keep abreast of prevailing competitive market information to identify market development opportunities/risks

  • Analyze internal sales data to provide management with timely and accurate sales and marketing analysis for quality decision making

  • 3rd-party supervision: Manage the Ad, PR agencies and the 3rd party cooperation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or medical science preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare with at least 3 years spent in a relevant marketing role and exposure in promotion at KA level

  • Good spoken and written English skill
