Description and Requirements
Position:
Responsible to the Android build, branch management, permission control and software release.
Responsible to setup CI/CD environment and maintain the automation scripts or pipeline.
Responsible to maintain the software baseline and bring up the project based on the chipsets codes.
Manage the implementation of automation and process improvements defined in the teams overall strategic architecture roadmap with the goal of becoming 'best in class'
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, information technology or related area.
Experience in the Android software delivery and release, familiar with Android & Qcom & MTK build including the tools of make/soong/bazel/Scons.
Familiar with CICD tool chain such as Git, Repo, Gerrit, Jira, Gradle, Google Cloud or Jenkins, etc.
Familiar with the configuration and deployment of Jenkins and Google Cloud.
Proficient in script programming, such as shell, Python, Golang or Rust, etc.
Good at written/oral English and can use English for tech. discussion.
Strong self-learning ability.
