Job Description Summary

Partner with business leadership to manage branding, product and/or services promotion, and partner with the business to provide functional expertise. Participate in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Drive customer communications program success in the areas of marketing communications, digital communications & events management. Executes standard sales tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate events with a key focus on customer, external marketing and brand promotion. Interface with business leadership, and within communications;

  • Product branding design management to ensure coordinated messaging; Take responsibility for product marketing promotional material framework & design;

  • Drive on internal campaign, write up press release and newsletters on communication channel;

  • Responsible for digital marketing activities and program execution through external and internal platform;

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Branding Guideline, GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

  • Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills;

  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area;

  • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

This role requires basic experience in the Marketing & Events Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
