What You Can Expect

The primary role for this position is to manage payroll, HRIS and HR Operation activities.

How You'll Create Impact

• Manage monthly payroll for FTE and temps, and provide necessary accruals to Finance.

• Manage attendance system, check leave records and monthly reporting.

• Manage HRIS systems for China and HK organization.

• Prepare SAFE documents for ESPP and stock excises and ensure on time and accurate payment.

• Manage on-boarding and exit processes.

• Manage probation review and contract renewal.

• Manage other employee requirement such as visa, Hu Kou and certificate matters.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related

• At least one-year experience in HR operation, system management experience is preferred.
