JOB SUMMARYESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.CNC生产管理，负责项目部门KPI的建立，项目运营、流程优化、技术标准建立等；

2.负责本部门技术人员团队建设，人员梯队培养，员工培训，部门绩效管理；

3.负责对项目的技术文件进行指导，对操作员工进行技术指导；

4.加工前的确认，核对图纸、安排CNC各项工作流程，保证机床更高效率运作，积极配合各部 门各项工作。

5.服从公司各项制度，认同公司企业文化，服从上级领导安排的各项本职工作； 6.工作仔细、沟通能力强，动手能力强。JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

1. 熟悉车床加工工艺，熟练操作普通车床，能熟练运用办公软件和编程绘图软件（如UG、 AutoCAD、solidworks等）；

2. 有较强的沟通能力，业务推进和学习能力；

3. 有良好的机床知识（包括加工中心，数控车床，普通车床），熟悉高级机床加工技术。
