We are seeking a Project Management Sr. Manager – Buildings , to manage a Seattle based client with multiple advanced facility types. You’ll be leading a multidiscipline team of peer employees and consultants to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets, using a variety of delivery models, as well as utilizing your experience to execute project strategies.

You will be responsible for overall project delivery on multiple project assignments (cost, schedule, estimating, quality, information, contracts. You will oversee and direct project controls processes, procedures, and policies as well as project control personnel. You’ll play an integral role in engaging between project client, architect of record, general contractor, among others. Your leadership skills is a key responsibility in fostering collaborative communications and relationships.

In this role, you will manage project development experience from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of activities to mitigate risks, issues and ensure deliverables are met.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

  • 15 years of Project Construction Management

  • 10 years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million required

  • 5 years’ experience leading and assisting with Program Controls Processes and Procedures as well as business development and growth strategies.

  • Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.

*Ideally, You’ll Also Have: *

  • Proven experience with large and small deferred maintenance programs in occupied facilities

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

  • Experience with both design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods

Typical salary range for this position is $172,000 - $301,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
