The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Senior Methods Process Analyst to support Flight Test in Seattle, WA.
In this Methods Process Analyst role, you will partner with Flight Test Maintenance to develop integrated plans and schedules and coordinate with all levels of management. While the base location is in Seattle, this position may include being based at other Puget Sound locations such as Everett or Renton for extended durations, and one needs to be able to travel between these locations as needed. Preferred candidates will be able to interact with employees to gather data for process improvements, or to understand statement of work requirements. This may include observing and documenting processes and collecting data in manufacturing areas or in aircraft during various production or test phases. This requires the ability to walk, stand, and enter aircraft via steps or ladders as needed.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Direct and lead the analysis of the current and future business environment and develop forecast, acquisition and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans
Require minimal management direction
Direct and lead test program labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages to support program business plans
Oversee the development of integrated plans
Lead the identification and implementation of improvements to processes by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement initiative
Lead and direct the analysis of required changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events
Assess the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery
Oversee the development and modifications to existing plans and obtains approval for plan changes
Coordinate negotiations representing Flight Test Maintenance to support schedule commitments or statement of work impacts
Direct, lead, and train less experienced analysts in the development, implementation, maintenance, and status of integrated shop operating plans to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to reduce inventory and meet cost and schedule
Direct and lead the development and support of shop performance metrics by analyzing data to recommend plan of action
Assess readiness of work statement components, provide status, and develop mitigation plans
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Currently have a Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience performing or supervising nondestructive testing activities in a manufacturing environment
Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
Able to walk, stand, and enter into aircraft via steps or ladders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with LEAN principles
Experience with improvement projects
Experience in test environment
Experience with working cross functionally with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Program
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $100,300 – $135,700
