Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle Residential Property Manager - Part-Time in Seattle, Washington

Under the general guidance of the Asset Manager, the Residential Property Manager provides oversight of the day-to-day operations with a mix of strategic insight and hands-on leadership. This role goes beyond office management and is about creating a community that residents proudly call home.    

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • 2+ years of leasing and property management experience 
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal housing and landlord-tenant laws 
  • Proficiency in MS Office -- Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Must be available after hours for residential and site emergencies. 

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:   

  • Prior experience utilizing AppFolio or similar property management programs. 
  • Experience with low-income tax credit properties. 
  • Experience with landlord-tenant laws specifically applicable to the city of Seattle. 
  • LIHTC Certification Strongly preferred. 

     

ULMS Total Compensation -- Part-Time Employees

  • PTO accrued at 0.07361 per hour worked.

WA State Paid Family & Medical Leave -- 0.8% of salary - 100% employer-paid

Workers Compensation Coverage - $395.20 - $3,591.33 per year (depending on class code)

Taxes -- 9.8% of salary
