This role will play a pivotal role in defining the Product & Business Transformation Enablement process. This person will ensure that our Sales & CX teams have the information they need, drive change management, adoption of selling new products, and partner with the broader Enablement team to drive activation in the field. As GTM & Programs Enablement Manager, you will report directly to our Senior Director, Sales Enablement and be responsible for the launch of all Product & strategic initiative programs. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Develop the Product Launch Enablement strategy/playbook Partner closely with PMM to understand the product roadmap and develop the Enablement programs that align to the roadmap launches, focusing on customer value and outcomes Develop a consistent, clear, and actionable Enablement launch program Launch recurring Enablement programs for product launches that incorporate and reinforce key sales skills, Command The Message and customer value/outcomes Partner closely with Product Support Enablement to ensure consistency in technical product training as needed Partner closely with Sales Ops & GTM Transformation teams Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with Sales, Customer Experience & Solutions, Product Marketing, and Product Leadership. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 2+ years experience working in Enablement 2+ years of customer facing experience (pre or post sale) Experience developing and creating guidelines for enablement and training strategies for new product launches while also evaluating current processes Ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value to a diverse audience Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong to create strong coaching culture Ability to communicate verbally and in written format, while also being able to facilitate by breaking down complex topics that our sales team can action on immediately Experience in Product Marketing or partnering with Product Marketing as part of your core responsibilities While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Product Marketing or Instructional Design experience Experience working at a software-as-a-service company Ability to tackle large ambiguous challenges that you haven't tackled before Has held a quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth software company Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and continuously evolving product while tackling large ambitious challenges At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
