5 Server positions available. Temporary, full-time positions from 04/01/2024 through 11/30/2024, 11:00am-11:00pm, 40 hrs./week, Monday-Sunday, Schedule/shifts vary. Hours, & start/end times vary. Weekends & holidays are required. Overtime is required but varies. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $23.01/hr., $34.52/hr. OT.

Job Duties: Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in our restaurant. Check with patrons to make sure they are enjoying their meals. Check patron's identification to make sure that they meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Collect payments from patrons. Write food orders, memorize orders, or enter orders into computer for transmittal to kitchen staff.

Able to communicate in English to patrons. No experience required, will train.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paychecks required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If a worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. First Work Week Reimbursement - workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
