Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in San Antonio, Texas

Description

We are recruiting for a Sr. Financial Analyst role with travel to San Antonio, Texas. This role will involve the use of various skills such as CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, maintaining budget processes, and managing expense reporting among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CapEx and ERP solutions to optimize financial operations and improve efficiency

• Implement and manage CRM systems to support customer relationship management

• Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable financial insights for decision making

• Oversee accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Engage in budget processes, including budget preparation, tracking, and analysis

• Manage expense reporting and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly

• Continuously review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's financial operations remain competitive.

Requirements • Must have a comprehensive understanding of CapEx

• Proficient in the use of CRM software

• Proficiency in data mining techniques

• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

• Experience with ERP solutions

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software

• Understanding of various accounting functions

• Experience with budget processes

• Proficient in expense reporting

• Must have a strong finance background

• A degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required

• Prior experience in a similar role as a Senior Financial Analyst

• Good communication skills for presenting financial data

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
