Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Chief Electronic Warfare (EW) Analysis Architect with significant design and development experience including EW system design. The Chief Analysis Architect will be proficient in analysis of large digital signal processing implementations and oversee a large team of EW analysis engineers located in Salt Lake City, UT. This role includes developing and reviewing EW analysis white papers and artifacts, training personnel, coordinating with design teams, customer interfacing, and general oversight of EW DoD programs and internal research efforts. The System Architect will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded and facilitating collaboration between multiple interdisciplinary teams.

Areas of expected technical experience include:

• Technical writing

• Coordinating large interdisciplinary teams

• Electronic Attack (EA) design

• Electronic Support (ES) design

• Architecture of EW systems

• Analysis of complex EW and communications systems

• Multi-element array processing and systems

• Advanced signal processing techniques

• Communications design and implementation proficiency

• Technique waveform design and implementation

• Digital signal processing expert

• EW test environment simulation

  Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related engineerng experience

  Preferred Qualifications:

• BSEE and 18+ years experience, MSEE and 16+ years experience, or PhD and 14+ years experience.

• 15+ years Analysis experience on Digital Signal Processing systems

• Proficient technical writing with multiple published white papers

• Experience in EW system architecture

• Experience leading technical teams of varying disciplines and experience levels

• Active security clearance

• Communications systems architecture (focusing on the physical layer)

• Electronic Warfare (EW) systems design, implementation, and test

• Electronic Support (ES) Systems

• Electronic Attack (EA) Systems

• Active Top-Secret clearance

• Machine Learning

• Algorithm development, simulation, and documentation

• Requirements analysis and management

• Software Defined Radios
