Shift Details: Per-Diem, Day Shift Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree - Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Membership in state and national professional organizations upon hire.
