NORTHWOOD TECH - ANY CAMPUS Health Sciences Associate in RICE LAKE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Northwood Technical College is seeking applications from qualified candidates for a full-time Health Sciences Associate at any of our four campus locations. (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake or Superior) The Health Sciences Associate provides college-wide administrative support to the Dean, Associate Deans, Program Directors, and Instructors within the Health Sciences cluster. Responsibilities include maintenance of Health Sciences program policy manuals, admission and program documents, accreditation documents, and clinical agency documentation. The Health Sciences Associate reports to the Dean of Health Sciences. *This position involves duties that could be performed in a remote or off-site environment. Campus-based duties are minimal, requiring in-person availability approximately twice per semester. Assist in the administration of health programs by maintaining training agreements and supporting documentation. Assist in ensuring current and newly emerging accreditation standards are maintained and work with Health Sciences program directors and faculty to ensure appropriate information is collected and maintained. Assist in developing and maintaining documents for Health Sciences programs including policy manuals, student handbooks, and student orientation materials. Assist Health Sciences program directors and faculty with web maintenance and updates to documents including for accreditation compliance. Gather, organize, and track program and faculty accreditation requirements. Track professional staff development requests for Health Sciences program faculty and staff. Track major equipment purchases and support supervisor on annual budget and facilities planning for health sciences as determined by supervisor.
