What You'll Do:

• Leading engaging Ergonomics Education/Training sessions to educate employees on proper ergonomics, lifting techniques, and body mechanics.
• Work in an embedded client environment
• Conducting thorough ergonomic risk assessments to recommend effective solutions tailored to site operations and job demands.
• Assemble solution for both short and long-term risk reduction
• Driving ergonomic improvement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating ergonomic insights into planning and decision-making.
• Produce technical reports in a proficient and timely manner.
• Promote safe, healthy, and inspired workplace environments.

What Youll Need:

• A background in occupational ergonomics, human factors, safety and environmental, kinesiology, exercise science / sports science, health promotions, etc. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
