Job Description

  • Designing of the building automation and instrumentation systems in BIM Model (REVIT 3d)

  • Coordination of the systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and security systems

  • Providing electrical/controls/automation technical support and execution of projects/assignments from initial concept to final closeout

  • Preparing technical specifications (mainly based on UFGS), compiles Bill of Materials, develops drawings and layouts of the electrical, control system and automation

  • Preparing basis of design of the project and development of required appendixes like I/O list and interdisciplinary interfaces

  • Provides guidance to entry level engineers

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Master of Science in Electrical/Automation Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years post-undergraduate experience

  • Proven related professional experience in Electrical/BMS/UMCS/BAS Installation Design Practice

  • Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness

  • Experience in all project phases, from pre-design through project close-out

  • Experience with international clients or with international companies

  • Driving licence cat. B
