Description:

Desire 3-5 years’ experience. Will be based out of Plano,TX. Will have to drive to surrounding clinics to include Garland, McKinney, Frisco etc.

• Field Support /Desktop for Client Sites

• Support for EUC Equipment (laptops/Desktops/Printers/Mobil devices and Software)

• IMACs for Equipment, Software, End User Computing Devices and Voice Devices.

• Receive and address alerts from Client’s paging Systems.

• Incident and Problem determination and resolution.

• Technical support and Break-Fix;

• Laptop/Desktop reimaging.

• Refresh applicable Equipment in accordance with the Client technology refresh plan

• Maintain and repair Equipment and Software so that it operates in accordance with the Service Levels and Specifications.

• Perform Maintenance obligations in cooperation with Third Parties as needed.

• Follow Client’s Asset recovery process as specified in the Policies and Procedures Manual, which includes tracking Equipment, preparing Equipment for shipping and coordination with Third Parties

• Assist End User Computing team and Asset management team with updating the inventory of End User Computing Devices, Voice Devices, Mobile Data Communications System/Network Infrastructure Servers.
