Job Summary

A Micro-Fulfillment Center (MFC) is a facility which uses a combination of Team Members and technology to gather items from an automated grid of product to fulfill Curbside online orders. The facility will house center store products as well as frozen and chilled goods.

NOW HIRING Team Members for the overnight shift starting at 12:00AM!

Including shift differential, Overnight Team Members earn $14.00/hour

Fulfillment Team Members at our Micro Fulfillment Center are the link between our stores and our Curbside Express guests.  They are responsible for guest satisfaction by selecting the curbside orders, ensuring items are accurate and are of the highest quality available.  While working in this fast-paced environment, the Team Member may work one or more of the following roles throughout their shift -- order selection, exporting, or cashier.

  • Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
  • Experience Desired: Working towards a high school diploma; Retail or grocery experience
  • Education Desired: No High School diploma required
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities?

  • Accurately select, pack and stage guest's orders in an ambient, chilled, and freezer environment.
  • Pick and pack products out of the automated receiving system to fulfill guest's orders.
  • Verify product quality, quantity, and correct labeling for individual orders.
  • Utilize handheld devices and scanning technology to track inventory movement and update or status.
  • Meet or exceed required labor standards.
  • Provide guest service through mobile texting or by phone.
  • Finalize sales using cash register functions.
  • Unload product from delivery trucks.
  • Add new items to shelves by moving existing items in adherence to safety standards. 
  • Load new items into the automated receiving system.
  • Load orders into customer cars for pickup or trucks for delivery.
  • Unload empty totes from trucks as they return from delivery.
  • Wash totes, remove labels, stack clean totes, and move totes onto conveyers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and equipment.
  • Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, and products.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing job tasks
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be scheduled according to needs of business including but not limited to necessary required amount of nights, weekends and holidays.
