Commercial Growth Project Manager - JR2415669  

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: In this newly created position, the Commercial Growth Project Manager will contribute to the success of PPG Automotive Refinish by guiding the execution of the Refinish Commercial Growth Strategy including activity tracking, Indicator reporting and the strategy. Additionally, you will help strategize and implement the marketing functions of the Commercial Brands & Product portfolio for Automotive Refinish (US and Canada) to support the growth strategy. You will work with regional sales, product management, marketing, technical, commercial excellence, and supply chain functions. Working locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, or Delaware.

Responsibilities  * Create strategic adoption and ensure on time completion of the Commercial Refinish Growth Strategy.  * SBU coordination: Serve as the central point to coordinate with other tasks within business to ensure growth strategy plans are regionally performed.  * Facilitate regional cadence meetings, progression tracking, and Indicator reporting.  * Translate/quantify data and other information to make reliable decisions regarding the Commercial Growth Strategy.  * Provide support for the Commercial product platforms according to the Commercial Growth Strategy including:  * Commercialization activities and coordination  * Business case development  * Voice of customer studies  * Competitive product and price positioning analysis  * Ongoing complexity reduction opportunities  * Specification development

Qualifications  * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical discipline.  * 3+ years of relevant experience with a experience with success.  * Demonstrate creativity ideas and to summarize complex issues.  * #LI-Hybrid  * #Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
