About the role

Responsible for being the welcoming face of the Parmelia Hilton in the heart of Perth’s CBD, you will deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to every guest, every time! As Concierge Supervisor you will provide information and advice tailored for each guest with your knowledge of Perth and local attractions, offer reservation services, and oversee the management of guest luggage, mail, and taxi services. Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will work as part of a team on a rotating shift basis, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing?

• Welcome our guests and partner collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that we deliver our vision and mission to be the most hospitable company in the world

• Act as a main point of contact for guests, and assist with all inquiries

• Provide friendly advice and information on local attractions, restaurants, and services

• Maintain a sound knowledge of local events and industry trends, network with local tourist organsiations

• Ensure you are up to date with VIP guest movements and hotel special events

• Oversee the management of guest luggage, mail, and taxi services

• Ensure our Valet Parking is an exceptional experience timely, seamless, and careful

• Assist the Head Concierge with rostering, performance management, development, and training for the Concierge department

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry

• Exceptional communication skills and positive nature

• Possess a valid Australian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic)

• Demonstrated understanding of local restaurants, attractions and events

• Willingness to learn and be a part of reception team

• Strong organisational skills and a passion for helping others

• Full availability to work various shifts including, mornings, evenings and weekends
