Job Title: Manufacturing Tech (Process Improvement)

Location: Perkasie

Hours/Schedule: M-F 7-3:30

Type: Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Process Improvement with a team of engineers and technicians

• Support manufacturing/production through troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to improve processes.

• Perform tests, collect data, and assemble equipment as part of daily tasks.

• Create and maintai pictorial and instructional guides.

  Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing experience.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and creating guides and flowcharts

• Skilled in collaborating with diverse staff members across various departments.

• Experience in documenting tools, parts, and part numbers for process enhancement.

• Understanding of process improvement in Manufacturing Production.
