The Role: Fulfillment Reconciliation Specialist (Commodity Insights)

The Location: 38 JALAN SULTAN AHMAD SHAH, Penang, Malaysia

What’s in it for you: As a Fulfillment Reconciliation Specialist, your role involves ensuring accuracy and consistency in the data reconciliation process for both manually fulfilled platforms over Commodity Insight’s channel partners and internal subscription system.

*Responsibilities: *

  • Conduct regular fulfillment reconciliations for manually fulfilled platforms and channel partners, ensuring that entitlement data related to companies, users, and products align accurately with Salesforce billing system.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and channel partners to gather necessary information and address reconciliation-related queries.

  • Monitor and reconcile entitlement data within the Salesforcebilling system to ensure that all CSM/CSM+ conversions, renewals, rebills and cancellations are accurately fulfilled.

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the reconciliation process by working closely with internal teams to rectify data errors in a timely manner.

  • Work with the Research Ops team to complete CSM/CSM+ channel reconciliation requests to reconcile channel partner entitlements for Salespersons CSM Account Plan

  • Adhere to SOX audit requirements and standards throughout the reconciliation process.

  • Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with SOX regulations

  • Collaborate with relevant teams, such as Fulfillment and Contract Support, to address root causes and implement preventive measures.

  • Continuously assess and improve reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Implement best practices and automation where possible to streamline workflows and reduce the risk of errors.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of reconciliation processes

  • Provide training and guidance to relevant teams to enhance awareness of reconciliation processes and ensure compliance with established procedures.

  • Perform validation testing on Sandbox platforms as necessary to validate system changes and updates before implementation in the live environment.

  • Maintain flexibility to complete other assignments as required and/or assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the fulfillment reconciliation process.

What We’re *Looking For: *

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience

  • 2-3 years of related work experience in Fulfillment.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills

  • Effective organizational, time management and decision-making skills.

  • Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization is a plus.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skill level (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, concatenate , etc.)

  • Excellent English communication skills required (oral and in written)

  • Work overtime as needed during the financial month-end close

  • Flexible schedule to meet important deadlines.

  • Occasional travel may be required

  • Occasional work on Manila Holidays may be required

  • Must be amenable to be flexible with EMEA ( 5pm - 2am ) and AMER ( 10pm-7am ) work shift
