Position Summary:The Marketing & Design Intern will assist in implementing a wide variety of marketing content through various marketing channels. This position will develop marketing materials within the scope of Tank Connections branding requirements. Areas of focus may include print and digital content, social media, interactive media, video production, technical writing as well as photography.

Marketing & Design Intern Duties and Responsibilities:\ Assist in digital and print marketing campaigns.\ Produce graphic artwork using diverse programs for varying mediums.\ Assist with trade show material, packaging, support (no travel required).\ Produce a wide variety of in-house marketing content.\ Work with internal and external parties for marketing promotion.\ Expand brand awareness through multiple social media accounts.\ May perform other duties as assigned.

Marketing & Design Intern Skills and Specifications:\ Strong graphic design skills including layout design, typography, color, balance, and current design trends.\ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft platforms, primarily InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.\ Video and animation skills are a plus.\ Critical eye for detail and great organizational skills.\ Ability to be creative with design and meet the technical and graphic requirements for Tank Connections branding and image.\ Knowledge of social media integration such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram.\ Maintain ongoing knowledge and skills of current technology trends and media platform.\ Able to work proactively or independently on a broad range of projects.\ Able to handle constructive criticism and produce multiple revisions on projects.\ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
