A hotelnight auditoris essentially the back bone of a hotel. This position is 11pm to 7am and would be the only staff on shift. Looking for a honest self motivated individual, someone who enjoys numbers, and can deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
• Reconcile accounts - investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts.
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts.
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Help prepare reports and forecasting.
• Complete outstanding posting.
• Reconcile room status discrepancies and verify room rates.
• Balance all departmental accounts.
• Verify no-show reservations.
• Post room rates and taxes.

Weekends required.
