Job Description

As an Integrated Media Solutions Smart Audience Product Manager, you will use your strong technical skills to continuously increase the return on investment of P&G's digital advertising. The selected candidate will work with P&G's consumer data, advertising and marketing technologies while working with key technology partners, data providers, and internal product teams to deliver success for our categories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Owning the relationship with our categories to understand their needs and recommend audience data strategy while helping implement end to end.

  • Working with the product manager and data manager on data categories, incorporating AI and ML were applicable, and communicate with applicable product categories.

  • Work with consumer data strategy, driving the action items behind brand automation.

  • Digital marketing/adtech ecosystem, data management, and analytics.

  • Working with our high-performance team will enable you to be a global subject matter expert for business driving adoption of best practices to deliver high ROI marketing.

  • Manage the data adoption and utilization based on data strategy for selected area of accountability: data quality, operations, storage, reference and master data, data standards, security, vendor governance, meta data.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • A BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Operations Research or Statistics (or like degree)

  • Minimum of 2 plus years of experience with activated media campaign

  • Familiar with Programmatic Media and Media Buying Platforms through Media Experience

  • Experience with: DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, ID-Graphs, Data Lakes, Brand Safety, and Fraud Control

  • Ability to work with of SQL/Big Query and basic understanding of data management

  • 1+ years experience in modern Software Development, product, consumer data or similar experience is preferred

  • Ability to use programmatic data to create and deliver analytics and real time insights

  • Proven IT /Media Results - Able to identify opportunities based on articulation of overall objectives and goals and passionately drive to deliver.

  • Able to work autonomously and independently to support the business. Strong Microsoft Office tools skills including Excel, Power point, Word

Preferred

  • Experience with programmatic marketing, consumer warehouses, digital marketing reporting and analytics, search, ecommerce, content management, email marketing, etc.

  • Operations – experience in ad operations including reporting, troubleshooting, analysis & score carding. Experience with determining issues and clearly articulating potential solutions.

  • Experience with privacy, legal, data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)

  • Exposure to analytics tools such as Python, KNIME, Power BI, and Tableau

  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google.
