Description and Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and a commercially savvy HR Business Partner to join our ANZ HR team. This is an individual contributor role that will help Lenovo enable cultural prioritize and deliver our strategic business goals and operational plans.

The role will be working closely with the Business Leaders to deliver HR projects across different business lines. The role reports to ANZ HR Leader & is based in Chatswood, Sydney.

Role Description:

· Determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs

· Roll out & coordinate annual HR programs: KPI setting, compensation review, performance review and bonus process. OHRP review

· Train and advise Managers in personnel and workplace relations matters

· Overseeing the application of redundancy and other employee retrenchment policies

· Advising and assisting the Manager on the recruitment and selection practices and appropriate induction programs

· Developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve Individual and team performance

· Monitoring headcount productivity level and employment costs

· Developing and implementing an equal employment opportunity program and ensuring compliance with related statutory requirements

· Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives across the region

Position Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years' experience working in a similar HR role

· The ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization including senior executives and offshore teams

· Capability to organise, direct, control and coordinate human resources and workplace relations activities within an organization

· Have use the Workday System

· The ability to work quickly and with a sense of urgency to deliver results in a fast paced, high performing environment

· Able to prioritise

· Strong influencing and negotiation skills

· Strong Business Acumen

· Resilient to changes, uncertainty & fast phase environment

Possess Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
