Robert Half Customer Service Representative in New Brighton, Minnesota

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in New Brighton, Minnesota. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for onboarding new customers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing and shipment. You will be engaging in both inbound and outbound calling to foster strong relationships and drive business growth. This role also involves maintaining daily office presence to support regulatory compliance efforts and assisting with sourcing and targeting within the local area.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to facilitate product enrollment and initial orders

• Ensure accurate data entry into our system while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process

• Collaborate closely with the team to achieve enrollment targets and enhance customer satisfaction

• Maintain daily office presence to facilitate auditor needs and support regulatory compliance efforts

• Assist with sourcing and targeting hospital systems within the local area

• Provide assistance with system data entry and management, including training on relevant software tools

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, aiming to build strong relationships and drive business growth

• Manage existing customer inquiries and ensure smooth order processing and shipment

• Use skills such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for efficient order entry and email correspondence. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls

• Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Exceptional customer service abilities and commitment to delivering high-quality service

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally

• Familiarity with order entry processes and scheduling appointments

• Knowledge or experience in the health care sector is beneficial

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently

• High level of attention to detail and organization skills

• Willingness to continually improve and stay updated with product and service knowledge.
