Job Summary and Qualifications

Executes projects task within defined scope and timeline, appropriately following, implementation management methodology. Adheres to proper project tracking, issue & risk management procedures and escalation processes and completes status reporting.

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports within the Meditech platform. Your expertise in data analysis and technical skills will be essential in generating accurate and actionable reports for various departments, including clinical, financial, and administrative. The ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner will play a crucial role in aiding decision-making processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of healthcare.

· Assists with documentation that relates to technical, functional requirements, or documentation that provides client system guidance

· Contributes to workflow and gap analysis

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Advanced T-SQL stored procedure, function and view development using SQL Server Management Studio.

· Intermediate to advanced server and database administration using SQL Server Management Studio.

· Proficiency in C# (C-sharp) or VB.NET: These are the primary programming languages used in .NET

development.

· Cloud Architecture: Proficient knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications

· ASP.NET: Familiarity with building web applications using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.

· Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong understanding and application of OOP principles.

· Web Development: Deep understanding of web programming principles and practices, including expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET. Knowledge of Razor Pages for developing dynamic web applications is essential.

· Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems like Git for collaborative development.

· Unit Testing: Experience in writing unit tests for code validation.

· Knowledge of working HIS systems (Nursing, Pharmacy, SUR, EDM, OM, HIM, and/or Patient Safety, etc.)

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 10 or more years of relevant work experience

Other/Special Qualifications

• Prefer but not required, College Graduate or equivalent experience

• Certifications with technical systems/applications

• 7-10 years’ experience in an HIS system and/or Healthcare field covering multi technical disciplines

• Experience with installation of clinical systems

• Working knowledge of Health Information Systems preferred

• Customer Service orientation and/or training required

• Experience in defining project requirements and resource needs

• Experience in leading project team or teams
