• Process new customer term accounts, providing necessary financial information to managers for basis of approval

• Maintained term and COD customer accounts

• Review all customer account aging weekly

• Contact customers regarding payment status and record all contact in Unified Collection System

• Investigate misapplications of funds or offsets and process corrections

• Validate and process customer refund request

• Maintain and validate resale certificates

• Prepare and distribute all credit and collections reports to managers, including alerts regarding problem customers

• Assist CFO with all prequalification and vendor form requests from customer

• Pre-lien projects and prepare lien releases as required

• Other financial activities as assigned
