Shift: Monday-Friday Starting at 8, 8:30am or 9am

Contract: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $ 20.00

Air Export Coordinator (specialist) Job Details:

Working within the freight forwarding operations of one of the world's leaders in system logistics. You will also ensure that the routing and timing of the transportation of goods are optimally planned. You will consistently execute these tasks in a collaborative manner. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to cover all aspects of Air Export Coordination, for its Miami, FL office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating shipments with Shippers and Receivers • Communicating with customers, staff and vendors • Corresponding with overseas agents and clients • Working with airlines/trucking companies to obtain quotations and handle the movement of freight • Preparing quotations for clients and overseas offices/ agents • Issuing documentation (ie. AWBs, C.O.s, etc.) • Handling the files from A to Z • Learning and applying U.S. Government regulations (ie. AES submissions) • Knowledge of Air Import operations a plus.

Requirements:

· Must have Air Export experience 2+ years

• MS Office Proficient (Word-Excel) and Outlook

• Fluent in English/Spanish

• Knowledge of Air Import operations a plus.

• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

• Very effective organizational skills

• Multitask and problem solver

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
