JOB REQUIREMENTS: Occupational Therapist - Hand/Upper Extremity - 30971 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. 8 hour shifts scheduled Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist - Hand/Upper Extremity to: * Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages and guide them through individualized rehabilitation programs. * Efficiently communicate with physician referral sources and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration. * Work in collaboration with UW Health wellness staff to consider long term healthy living strategies beyond occupational therapy care. * Work within a large, dynamic rehab team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care. Preferred - Master\'s degree. Work Experience : Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.
